Right of Withdrawal

The Dutch version prevails in case of conflict, except toward consumers, for whom the reading most favourable to them applies (Art. 19 of the Terms).

Instructions for the consumer

1. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw starting from the day after you receive the product. If one order arrives in several parcels, the period starts on the day after you receive the last item.
2. You can complete this form and return it by email to contact@opendrone.be or by post to the address above.
3. You may also declare, in any other unambiguous manner, that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
4. After withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.
5. Return costs are borne by you.
6. Incutec BV refunds all payments, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. It may withhold the refund until it has received the product back or you have shown that it was sent back, whichever is earlier.
7. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as your original purchase.
8. You may unpack and test the product as you would in a shop; only the diminished value from handling beyond that is deducted. For electronics components, soldering, mounting, connecting battery power or motors and flight use go beyond that assessment; checking via USB does not (see Terms and Conditions Art. 5.8).
9. Pre-order not delivered yet? You can withdraw from the order at any time until delivery, without giving a reason. Leave "Received on" empty. We refund all your payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal (Terms and Conditions Art. 7bis.4).
