Shipping and delivery

Incutec BV sells directly to consumers in the delivery destinations offered at checkout. Select your delivery country on the product page. EU orders are dispatched from Belgium or by our fulfilment partner. Deliveries outside the EU are for preorder batches only, dispatched by Incutec or its fulfilment partner. Paid EU stock (Batch 1) remains EU only. The available delivery service, taxes collected at sale and total charge are confirmed before payment.

Shipping rates

For deliveries within the EU, one flat rate per order, in euro, VAT included. Deliveries to the United States have their own rate: see the section United States below.

Free pickup in Leuven

Orders for Belgium can be collected free of charge at our office, Stapelhuisstraat 15, 3000 Leuven. Choose Pickup at checkout instead of a shipping rate. We email you when your order is ready for pickup; then book a pickup time through Support and bring your order number. The ship date stated for your order is the date it is ready for pickup.

Incutec BV does not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba, or to other destinations under restrictive measures: see our end-use policy.

VAT and customs

For deliveries within the EU, prices and shipping rates include VAT. Goods sent directly from outside the EU can require customs clearance. Incutec BV arranges any applicable import duty, import VAT and customs brokerage charges within the agreed price; the consumer owes no additional import charge on delivery. For deliveries to the United States, import charges are included under Article 7ter.6, and sales tax is collected where required by law. For other destinations, the section below explains taxes collected at sale and recipient-paid import charges.

United States

For deliveries to the United States, Incutec BV sells directly to consumers for preorder batches only. Paid EU stock (batch 1) and stock held in Belgium are not shipped to US addresses; an in-stock item in a US order ships with the preorder batch.

The ship date stated on the product page and in your order confirmation is the one that applies to your order. Refunds, shipping delays and the right to cancel for US deliveries follow Article 7ter of the terms.

Outside the European Union and the United States

Consumer preorder checkout is available for the destinations offered at checkout. Paid EU stock (Batch 1) is not shipped to these destinations; an in-stock item offered for these destinations ships with the preorder batch. Prices are shown in the selected destination's currency; the shipping service, shipping charge and taxes collected by Incutec BV are disclosed before payment. Required VAT, GST or other sales tax is accounted for at sale or payment as the law requires and is included in the checkout total.

Unless expressly collected before payment, the recipient pays import duties, import VAT or GST, customs-clearance charges and carrier administration fees. These charges are additional to the product price and shipping charge and depend on the destination, consignment and carrier. The same tax liability must not be paid twice; contact Incutec BV with any duplicate assessment for correction or refund.

For the funded March 2027 batch, goods ship by 31 March 2027 and are delivered by 30 April 2027 if the funding target is reached by its deadline. The offer before payment and your order confirmation record the batch and the deadlines for your order. Delivery requires compliance with applicable product and import rules. If Incutec BV cannot lawfully deliver an item, it refunds all amounts paid for it; if the whole order is cancelled, the shipping charge is refunded too. Mandatory local consumer protections remain applicable. See Article 7quater of the terms.

Retailers can request a bulk quote. No overseas retailer availability is promised.

Pre-orders

Preorders are paid in full. The product offer and order confirmation identify the batch, the funding conditions and the ship-by date. The campaign dates are shown on /preorder. Dispatch is not delivery: delivery means receipt of the goods by you. Paid Batch 1 orders are delivered in the EU by 30 November 2026. If the funding target for the March 2027 batch is reached by its deadline, that batch is delivered by 15 April 2027 in the EU and by 30 April 2027 in the United States and other destinations outside the EU. The delivery deadline stated before payment and in your order confirmation applies to your order (Article 7bis.2 of the terms).

Cancellation, missed targets, changes to ship dates, refunds and mixed-batch orders follow Article 7bis of the terms. You may withdraw before delivery and retain the statutory withdrawal rights after receipt. Use the online withdrawal form. For deliveries to the United States, Article 7ter applies in addition. For other destinations outside the EU, Article 7quater applies in addition.

Delivery time for items in stock

Two rules apply to items in stock. If the order also contains a preorder item, the whole order ships together once the last item is ready (one delivery per order, Art. 7bis.5 of our General Terms and Conditions), unless you order the in-stock items separately: the cart offers that split. If the order ships outside the EU, the in-stock item ships with the preorder batch, because stock held in Belgium ships to EU addresses only. The final delivery deadline is 30 calendar days after the order, unless explicitly agreed otherwise (Art. VI.43 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, Art. 7 of our General Terms and Conditions). For an order that ships with a preorder batch, the delivery deadline stated before payment and in the order confirmation applies (Art. 7bis.2 of our General Terms and Conditions). If Incutec BV fails to deliver within the 30-day deadline, the consumer may set a reasonable additional period. If Incutec BV still fails to deliver within that additional period, the consumer may terminate the contract free of charge (Art. VI.43 §2 WER). If Incutec BV refuses to deliver, or the delivery deadline was essential, the consumer may terminate the contract immediately.

Risk during shipping

The risk of damage or loss in transit lies with Incutec BV until the moment of delivery to the consumer (Art. VI.44 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Language

The Dutch version (/nl/shipping) prevails in case of conflict, except toward consumers, for whom the reading most favourable to them applies (Art. 19.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, Art. VI.37 §2 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). This English translation is provided for convenience.
