Instructions for the consumer

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw starting from the day after you receive the product.
You can complete this form and return it by email to contact@opendrone.be or by post to the address above.
You may also declare, in any other unambiguous manner, that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
After withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.
Return costs are borne by you.
Incutec BV reimburses all payments (including standard delivery costs) no later than 14 days after we have received the product back or after you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier.
Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as your original purchase.
The product must be returned in its original condition. A reduction in value due to use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product may be deducted.
