Target missed?
We email you to choose: a refund, or to wait for the new date in that email. No reply within 30 days means a refund within the following 14 days. You can also cancel before delivery.
Ship date moved?
New date by email. Cancel any time before delivery.
Outside the EU?
We are starting with EU consumer orders. EU and US retailers can request a bulk quote. Outside the EU, get launch news; no consumer checkout is available.
