Shipping and delivery

Incutec BV ships orders from Belgium to most European Union countries. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

The Dutch version (/shipping) is the legally authoritative text for consumers residing in Belgium. This English translation is informative only.

Delivery time

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of payment receipt. The final delivery deadline is 30 calendar days after the order, unless explicitly agreed otherwise (Art. VI.43 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, Art. 7 of our General Terms and Conditions). If Incutec BV fails to deliver within the 30-day deadline, the consumer may set a reasonable additional period. If Incutec BV still fails to deliver within that additional period, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract free of charge (Art. VI.43 §2 WER), unless the original delivery deadline was essential or Incutec BV has already refused to deliver.

Shipping rates and countries

Shipping costs depend on the destination and parcel weight. Some countries are excluded due to export sanctions — see our export compliance page.

Risk during shipping

The risk of damage or loss in transit lies with Incutec BV until the moment of delivery to the consumer (Art. VI.44 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
