- Price
- Product price, freight, Incoterm and named place are agreed in the written quote.
- VAT
- Tax treatment is confirmed in the quote after checking the buyer and shipment evidence. An EU VAT number is verified before applying an intra-Community exemption.
- US retailers
- We will work with you and your broker on product eligibility, origin, duties and the import route. Importer responsibilities must be agreed before we accept an order.
- Range
- Select the products you are interested in below, including OpenRX receivers. We will review the import route together before agreeing an order.
- Minimum
- Quantities and carton sizes are agreed in the quote.
- Timing
- Tell us your target quantities and timing. Availability and delivery dates are confirmed in the quote.
- Payment
- A request creates no order or payment obligation. Payment terms are agreed only after the product and delivery route are confirmed.
- Contract
- Business orders follow the accepted written quote and Article 16 of the terms.
